Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual resident needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Contribute to the development of our care community, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current nursing registration and PIN with no restrictions.
• A caring and empathetic nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour.
