As a Nurse Leader at Akari Care, you will play a personal and direct role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.
You will lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel a sense of security and belonging.
Our aim is to help maintain the identity and dignity of our residents with a focus on living life to the fullest for each individual.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical and medical care to residents
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with external professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive care environment
- Active PIN and no restrictions
- Caring nature and ability to give a personal approach
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Coaching style leadership mentality to empower colleagues
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
- Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
- Respect for others and treating them as you would expect to be treated
