Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions to join our team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality care
- Motivating and coaching colleagues to achieve their best
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our residents
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
