Job Description: Education Support Worker
Company OverviewCatch22 is a renowned organization providing education and support services to vulnerable young people. Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
We are currently seeking an experienced Education Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEN
- Deliver interventions to support students with speech and language difficulties, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Provide feedback to students without reference to teachers
**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
- CACHE level 1 qualification
- Level 2 teaching assistant qualification desired
- Experience of teaching children with EAL, SEN, Speech and language difficulties, and other complex needs
**What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Permanent contract, 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum
- Enhanced DBS check required
