Internal Sales Executive/Trade Counter - Electrical Wholesale

We are a Hertford-based electrical wholesaler seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive/Telesales Executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to establish long-lasting relationships with customers, and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.

About the Role

This position involves making outbound B2B telesales calls, contacting businesses that use our products, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service on the trade floor. A driving licence is preferred but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Generating new business opportunities through telesales
  • Selling our products to suitable decision makers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Liaising with warehouse workers to ensure seamless delivery of products
  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 per annum, plus commission, profit share, and other performance-related bonuses. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with potential overtime on Saturdays.
