Financial Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Elstree. The successful candidate will support the finance team with transactional finance, mainly within purchase ledger and month end.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase Ledger: Ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately on time, reconcile supplier statements regularly, handle disputed invoices, and maintain the supplier ledger using Sage 50.
- Month End Support: Assist in the month-end shutdown and provide cost analysis to the commercial team.
- 2+ years of previous purchase ledger experience
- Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, passionate about learning, and looking for a progressive environment
- AAT qualification or desire to study
- Construction experience is desirable
