Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Elstree. The successful candidate will support the finance team with transactional finance, mainly within purchase ledger and month end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger: Ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately on time, reconcile supplier statements regularly, handle disputed invoices, and maintain the supplier ledger using Sage 50.
  • Month End Support: Assist in the month-end shutdown and provide cost analysis to the commercial team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of previous purchase ledger experience
  • Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner, passionate about learning, and looking for a progressive environment
  • AAT qualification or desire to study
  • Construction experience is desirable
