Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Ambassador to join our Richmond office, as part of our Savills team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound contact support to our clients, resolving enquiries and generating leads.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver consistently high levels of customer service, a key differentiator for Savills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
