Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing team in providing excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all aspects of patient care, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their relatives, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, adhering to our Trust values and standards.
Requirements:
  • English and Maths qualification at Grades A* - E or Functional Skills Level 1.
  • Completed apprenticeship in a relevant field of practice.
  • Successful completion of the Care Certificate.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in a Health Related area or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience of using computer systems for data entry and retrieval.
  • Previous experience of working in a health/care setting.
