Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a committed and empathetic Bank Support Worker to join our team in Grantham. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide social and emotional support to individuals with complex learning disabilities, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.

About the Role:
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals with complex learning disabilities
  • Support with personal care, including personal hygiene needs if required
  • Assist with shopping and budgeting
  • Build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents
  • Perform household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompany individuals on walks, meals, and other activities
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, including Autism (full training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Car driver desirable but not essential
