Additional Information:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Thera South West. As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with a learning disability.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal and emotional support to individuals in their daily lives. This may include helping them develop new skills, providing support with leisure activities, and assisting with travel and employment.
