Job Description

This is a hybrid opportunity to work with a group of franchised recruitment offices in the South East of England. As a Regional Sales Director, your primary objective will be to develop a new sales pipeline for your franchisees to maximise territory sales revenue growth through new business wins and effective penetration of existing driving recruitment business.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 OTE £70,000 plus car/allowance.

The region covers most of greater London to the South Coast, providing a diverse range of opportunities for growth and development.

You will need to provide business support to ensure that the offices run efficiently in terms of candidate attraction, management and retention, compliance and resources.

Key responsibilities include developing a new sales pipeline, implementing effective driver recruitment and retention strategies, and ensuring competitive pay rates and benefits are being offered.
