Job Title: Physiotherapy Support Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our physiotherapy outpatient service as a support coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the physiotherapy team, including organizing clinics, booking appointments, and managing clinical diaries.
- Manage face-to-face reception duties for MSK physiotherapy, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for patients.
- Conduct data entry to support the clinical team and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, laminating, emailing, and shredding documents as needed.

Requirements:
- Good general education, including GCSE English or equivalent.
- Proven use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a busy office/department and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
