Vertu Land Rover Truro offers an exciting opportunity for a ambitious Sales Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8. You will be responsible for handling incoming trade parts inquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, who can accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements. You will also need to utilise product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identifying and maximising upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.

Your daily duties will include maintaining your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. You will need to be proactive in seeking out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceeding parts sales objectives on a daily basis.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including:
