Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated individual with personal experience of street homelessness, substance use, or mental health challenges to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in shaping our innovative new service in Staffordshire, designed to support individuals experiencing homelessness.

About the Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will work closely with our team to develop and deliver a comprehensive support service that addresses the complex needs of our clients. Your passion for supporting others and your personal experience will enable you to connect with our clients on a deeper level, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver support plans that address the unique needs of our clients
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
