Executive Secretary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
A high level of computer literacy is required, with the ability to support others in using various software systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing an efficient secretarial and administrative service to fee earners and teams within the firm.
As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and other contacts, answering the telephone professionally and taking accurate messages.
You will also be responsible for making appointments on behalf of the Solicitor, booking conference rooms and provision of refreshments.
Additionally, you will deal with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, storage of deeds and photocopying.
The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
