Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring all aspects of technical supply are completed to meet internal, external, and customer specifications. The successful candidate will provide investigations and trending information on internal and external complaints, and report findings to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure a thorough review process is carried out on all specifications, checking launch packs for accuracy and completeness, and chasing up any outstanding issues post-launch.
  • To assist in the completion of KPI reports and other customer-specific scheduled reports.
  • To be the initial point of contact for technical approval of artwork for product labels prior to launch.
  • To manage the complaints system for the account, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved.
  • To maintain a system of product review against specification, including the review of claims with customers.
  • To follow up on changes highlighted on New Line forms distributed by Account Managers.
  • To maintain the Supplier Risk Assessment register and a rolling list of nutritional information.
  • To compile business or specific customer reports as needed to meet internal and external requirements and expectations.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in using Evolve, MCreate, APP, and other supermarket Micros portals, with certified training.
  • Ability to analyze information, make judgments, and reach decisions.
  • Food industry experience, awareness of allergens, typical compound ingredients, and ingredient declarations.
  • Delivering to expectations and set standards, understanding and applying relevant procedures.
  • Managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
  • Awareness of personal responsibilities to self and others to perform work tasks safely.
  • Computer literacy, numeracy, and good English writing and reading skills.
  • Clear and friendly telephone manner for communication with customers and suppliers.
