We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Facilities Management Advisor to join our team at Bury Council. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to building managers and other stakeholders
- Resolve day-to-day problems and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work effectively with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Technical knowledge and experience in facilities management and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of building management systems and experience in dealing with suppliers and contractors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
