About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Facilities Management Advisor to join our team at Bury Council. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to building managers and other stakeholders
  • Resolve day-to-day problems and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work effectively with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge and experience in facilities management and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of building management systems and experience in dealing with suppliers and contractors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
