In this role as a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will lead the CRC Analytics team in leveraging statistical techniques, advanced data manipulation, and machine learning to uncover answers to complex questions such as: What affects playtime after Customer Support interaction? Which players contact Ubisoft Support most frequently? Can faster support experience influence purchase decisions?

Mission:

  • Investigate theories using statistical methods to enable strategic decision making
  • Design and deploy models to gain deeper player insights
  • Enhance the CRC's Customer Support Forecasting Model
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage insights and inform strategy
  • Work with analysts, product owners, and data scientists to improve analysis techniques

**Requirements:** Excellent SQL knowledge, proficiency in statistical programming (Python or R), strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and 4+ years of experience working with stakeholders at executive and mid-manager levels.
