Job Responsibilities:- Capture logistics and service needs across ANZ and Asia Pacific for EssilorLuxottica business groups.
- Monitor transport service providers' performance, initiate improvement plans, and conduct root-cause analyses.
- Coordinate escalations to APAC transportation team and Carriers management for prompt issue resolution.
- Ensure top-notch delivery performance throughout the logistics network.
- Assist with inbound/outbound deliveries, freight booking, and commercial documentation for international shipping.
- Handle transport supplier invoices, submit them for approval, and track transport costs.
- Support supply chain projects to enhance service, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in update meetings with DC, service providers, and internal/external customers.
- Manage and influence key stakeholders and suppliers, including senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated capability to independently execute detailed action plans aligned with overarching objectives.
- Proficient understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Adherence to procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Strong time management, organizational, and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite- Intermediate- Advanced Excel.
- Exceptional communication with a range of internal & external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with a focus on KPIs and strategic thinking.
- The role will be located in Sydney with potential travel within the region to our laboratories & Distribution Centre.
