GCS Associates seeks a dynamic Sales Director to drive sales within the New Build housing market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector, with a particular emphasis on house builders.

  • The successful Sales Director will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within regional and national house builders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the house building sector.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £58,000 + bonus, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and pension contributions, company car or car allowance, and professional development opportunities.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
