Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and video consultations.
  • Review lab reports and provide clear guidance on next steps and referrals.
  • Offer reassurance and support to clients receiving potentially distressing results.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including booking patients for scans, virtual consultations, and in-clinic visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in line with professional standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with Hertility's care pathways and protocols.
Requirements
  • NMC registration (INMO registration highly desirable).
  • Ability to work confidently within scope of practice and escalate when necessary.
  • Significant experience working in fertility or women's health.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Calm and confident demeanor when delivering sensitive news.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Passion for fertility and women's health.

  • Competitive salary: £32,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on location).
