About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Chef to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Line Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food to our members, working closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using quality ingredients and adhering to company specifications and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and contributing to the creation of innovative dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support the Head Chef and General Manager in achieving business objectives, including delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Chef or in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
