Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step. As a successful candidate, you will have a passion for producing high-quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. You will be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor, with a willingness to learn new skills and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, demonstrating great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour. You will also have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
