About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our leadership team as the Head of Customer Experience. This pivotal role will shape and implement our customer engagement strategies, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer voice and ensure a culture of learning that proactively acts on customer perspectives across the business.
  • Develop and communicate innovative ideas for our customer connect function.
  • Lead and inspire staff and customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Bring knowledge of customer service principles and ideally the Housing Ombudsman Services complaint handling code.
  • Contribute to the development of new consumer standards and ensure excellence in service delivery.
