Job Title: Head of Customer Experience

South Yorkshire Housing Association Ltd is seeking a visionary leader to shape and implement customer engagement strategies, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional service to our residents.

We are looking for a champion for customer voice, ensuring a culture of learning that means our customer's perspectives are proactively acted upon across the business and are situated at the heart of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive exceptional service delivery
  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver on customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer perspectives are integrated into business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
Requirements

We are seeking a leader with a strong track record in customer experience, ideally within the social housing sector. You will have knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
