About Our School

Our SEMH School in Upminster is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that promotes resilience and mutual respect. We are committed to helping our students develop into confident and capable young adults who are prepared to make positive contributions to society.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about supporting students with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a lasting impact in the lives of students and be able to manage challenging behaviour in a constructive manner.

We welcome applications from graduates with backgrounds in Sports, Psychology, Criminology, or Drama, as these skills are highly transferable to SEMH environments. A valid DBS registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for a new one is also required.
