The Role:

This is a key role for the organisation, responsible for all sales & marketing across the business. You will provide input into the company's budget and contribute towards the wider business strategy. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy for the business, focusing on both core and additional revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the MD in developing and implementing the company's business strategy, in particular with all sales and marketing activities
  2. Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the business, focusing on both core and additional revenue streams
  3. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement new initiatives and maintain a high-performance team culture
  4. Act as the face of the business with clients and at leading industry events

Requirements:

  1. Sound knowledge in strategic planning and identifying new business opportunities
  2. Previous experience of managing a team and playing an active role in a Senior Leadership Team
  3. Strong experience operating within an IT/Technology environment
  4. Proven track record of driving growth and winning new business
