Front of House Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Administrative Officer/Receptionist to join our team at our office in Wilmslow. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting staff, clients and delegates, and ensuring they follow the sign-in process and are aware of health and safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves supporting the facilities manager with office maintenance requirements and coordinating front of house activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the reception area, including greeting staff, clients and delegates.
- Support the facilities manager with office maintenance requirements, such as fire alarm testing and pat testing.
- Coordinate training & meeting room bookings and front of house activities.
