Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach Teams: As a Product Owner/Agile Coach, you will be responsible for leading and coaching several teams in Safe Agile best practices. This will involve working closely with team members to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Key Decision Makers: You will collaborate with other key decision makers in the business to achieve project goals on time. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and developing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Identify and Eliminate Barriers: You will proactively search for barriers to performance and achievement and look to eradicate them. This will involve analyzing data and identifying areas where processes can be improved, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Project Workflow: You will track project workflow and manage the entire process using JIRA. This will involve monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Networking, Cloud Technologies, Development, etc.
  • Communication Skills: You will have fantastic communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility: You will be happy to be on site 2 days per week.

Benefits

  • Salary: Up to €75,000 DOE (Reviewed annually).
  • Discretionary Bonuses: You will be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
  • Working from Home Support: You will have working from home support and flexibility (after you're familiar with systems/structure).
  • Regular Social Events: You will have the opportunity to participate in regular social events.
