About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Bidwells team. This Document Controller will be responsible for managing our document control systems and ensuring that all documents are properly controlled and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in document management, preferably within the real estate, construction or professional services sector.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage document control systems, including design and implementation of new systems.
  2. Coordinate document control procedures, including version control and authority.
  3. Ensure efficient storage and access to documentation.
  4. Continuously improve and enhance procedures and systems used for document control.
  5. Provide feedback and training on documentation matters.
  6. Carry out role-specific requirements of the Business Management System.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and tools like SharePoint, NetSuite and iManage.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Background in project or stakeholder management and expertise in system and process design is desirable.
