Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Nutrition and Diabetes Expert to join our team in Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and delivering nutrition programs for patients living with diabetes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of the Dietetic service for patients living with diabetes. This will involve:

  • Providing specialist dietetic patient care in various multidisciplinary clinics
  • Delivering structured group education sessions
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutrition plans
