At Lineage Logistics, we are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team at our Belle Eau Park facility. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large site with a strong focus on performance and culture.



About the Role

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and motivating teams, leading managers at site, and ensuring strong performance while maintaining a rewarding culture for employees. You will take full accountability at site, providing direction to all departments and shifts to ensure a great service to our longstanding and high-value customer.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage site operations, including logistics and supply chain management
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance
  • Collaborate with customer to deliver outstanding service
  • Implement new processes and systems to drive growth and efficiency
  • Manage site finances, including P&L management
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve site performance
  • Travel to site location regularly to ensure site operations are running smoothly
