General Manager

Lineage Logistics is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Belle Eau Park facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations, managing a team of 400+ colleagues, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate teams to achieve strong performance and a rewarding culture
- Take full accountability for site operations, providing direction to all departments and shifts
- Ensure managers have access to and use data to improve site performance
- Conduct training need analysis and ensure training is completed and records maintained
- Manage change and transformation, including implementing new processes or systems
- Collaborate with our customer to build a strong partnership and drive business growth
