About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Belle Eau Park facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site, managing a team of over 200 colleagues, and driving business growth through innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and colleagues to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance, productivity, and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver a world-class service and build strong relationships.
- Manage budgets, resources, and projects to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing large teams and driving business growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
