About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our Business Transformation Team at Via East Midlands Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving positive change across the organisation and ensuring responsible business practices are embedded in our core activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy, setting the vision and strategic direction for the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure responsible business considerations are built into core business activities.
  • Lead, coordinate and support key cross-company initiatives to ensure compliance and achieve high impact.
  • Monitor and drive improvement across our performance in relation to social value activity using industry recognised frameworks.
  • Ensure we remain compliant with legal, regulatory, corporate governance and contractual requirements in relation to responsible business.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and best practice in relation to the responsible business agenda.
  • Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement in relation to the responsible business agenda.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working in a responsible business environment with a strong understanding of relevant key frameworks, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive positive change across an organisation.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with an ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills with experience of strategic communications planning and execution.
  • Strong business understanding and analytical skills with experience of writing performance reports, progress updates and delivering presentations for senior stakeholders.
