About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Optimus Search. As a specialist in Digital, Data and Life Sciences recruitment services, we identify, engage and secure leading tech talent across the European market.

Our progressive approach has enabled us to expand from our beginnings in the mobile market to three market-leading divisions: Optimus Digital, Optimus Data, and Optimus Life Sciences.

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll conduct sales calls to prospective and past clients to promote Optimus Search as a valued business partner. You'll also participate in meetings and negotiate rates, craft job adverts and social media content to attract top talent, headhunt candidates with specific skill sets, coordinate interviews and extend job offers to successful candidates, and build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £40,000 per year, with exceptional commission potential.
  • Realistic first-year earnings of over £230,000.

Responsibilities:
