Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance.

About the Role:

  • Pursue sales opportunities in the marketing and advertising sector, leveraging strong cold calling skills and ability to close deals.
  • Reach out to clients to promote training courses, targeting leading global brands.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of self-generated business and successful deal closure.
  • Tenacious, confident, and driven, with a natural ability to hunt for new opportunities.
  • Background in marketing and advertising is ideal but not essential.

About Us:

BMS Performance connects and collaborates with leading global brands, hosting inspirational events that keep clients updated on the latest marketing and advertising trends.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £30k to £35k basic, with an uncapped OTE of up to £45k. Additional benefits include:

  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
  • Free time between Christmas and New Year
  • Hybrid working arrangement, spending 3 days per week in the Warren Street office
