About the Role
Moss Healthcare Harrogate is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and monitor care to patients in a range of settings, including their place of residence.
- Work with a mentor to develop your clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills.
- Take responsibility for delivering care independently, within the parameters of the Nursing Associate role, and accessing clinical advice when required.
- Signpost patients to other appropriate services or professionals as needed, having an awareness of available support and services across healthcare providers.
- Perform and record clinical observations, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse oximetry.
- Adhere to legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines, both local and national, and contribute positively to discussions about care improvement.
