The Vacancy
Binnies, an RSK Group company, is seeking a Technical Manager to contribute to our @one Alliance.
As our new Technical Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical outputs that meet project requirements, while ensuring compliance with the Totex Delivery Process and project affordability. You will also provide technical support during assembly as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement designs that meet project requirements, leveraging technological advancements to achieve fully attributed 3D models for every project.
- Develop and embed standard products, quality standards, collaborative working approaches, and the Risk, Opportunity & Value process to optimize performance and reputation.
- Drive and champion excellence in Health & Safety by completing required audits and documentation, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved in projects.
- Plan the technical aspects of projects by liaising with Lead Project Managers, Integrated Project Leaders, and Discipline Heads, allocating resources to meet project demands.
- Effectively manage diverse stakeholder groups by acting as the trusted and visible technical link between Operations, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Provide an environment where individuals can thrive and develop, enhancing the overall team's performance by pushing boundaries and consistently outperforming.
About the Role:
To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree, HNC, or HND in Engineering and have experience in a technical role, managing designs and multi-disciplinary projects. You will be able to inspire and lead a team, be customer-focused, and have a strong appreciation for collaboration and its benefits.
