Role OverviewWe require a skilled Counsellor to deliver high-quality support services to our students in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.
As a Counsellor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Emotional Support: Offering confidential guidance and advice to students dealing with personal, academic, or social issues.
- Developing Wellness Strategies: Creating and implementing initiatives to promote mental health and wellbeing among students.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring sensitive information is handled discreetly and professionally.
To excel in this role, you must have:
- A recognised qualification in counselling or a related field.
- Significant experience in counselling or mental health support.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
