College Guidance Officer

DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor to join our team. As a College Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing confidential counselling services to our students and apprentices. Your expertise will help students overcome challenges, both academic and personal, and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional concerns.
• Assist students in overcoming obstacles that may impact their learning experience.
• Respond to urgent situations and provide immediate support.
• Collaborate with other support services and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Organize workshops, events, and awareness campaigns related to mental health and well-being.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in counselling or mental health support.
• A genuine concern for students' well-being and the ability to build trust.
• Clear communication and active listening.
• Adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics.
