Retail Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Manager to join our team. As a Retail Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers in carrying out tasks required by clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to make decisions and prioritize tasks, and have previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people.
The role involves working on different retail customer sites/stores, traveling will vary on a shift-by-shift basis, and accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.

As a Retail Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers
- Carrying out health and safety inductions and checks
- Communicating with management on progress and end of project sign off
- Stock replenishment
- Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems
- Adjusting shelf heights
- Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with the use of roll cages and pallet trucks
Desirable qualities include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to make decisions and prioritize
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people
- Methodical approach and keen attention to detail
- Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved
- Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude
