NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Worker to join their team as a MARAC Business Support Worker.
About the Role:
The MARAC Business Support Worker will provide administrative and business support to the Ayrshire Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process, ensuring the smooth running of MARAC's and supporting the core business of Ayrshire MARAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage efficient delivery of high-quality administrative/business support to the Ayrshire MARAC process.
- Support the collation and production of all relevant service data and outcomes by managing various electronic information systems.
- Prepare and produce monitoring reports for analysis, audit, and assurance purposes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be educated to HNC level in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent, and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. A wide knowledge of the Health and Care sector is also essential.
Working Arrangements:
The main base for the MARAC Team is Eglinton House, Ailsa Campus, and a blended approach to work utilizing distributed working practices is adopted.
Hours: 30 per week
