Corporate Business Development Manager

An innovative provider of expense management software is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to join their team in the North of the UK. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in new business roles within SaaS environments and be able to self-generate leads.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategic business development within the mid-market and corporate markets in their region. They will handle the entire sales process from cradle to grave, targeting finance, HR, or travel directors to discuss the offering and how it can save their time and money.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a highly successful sales professional with a demonstrable track record of over achievement of success for a sustained period of time in terms of both business development and new business. Any experience of expense management would be advantageous, but not essential. The company will consider people who have sold financial software, HR software, travel software, etc., with a demonstrable track record of achievement and at least 4 years' experience.

The Package:

On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience, uncapped OTE of £85,000-£90,000 with an accelerator once the target is surpassed. Also on offer is an opportunity for rapid career progression as the company looks to aggressively grow the UK region.
