Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-end clients and fashion brands.

Your role will involve understanding their unique branding requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver products that exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an allocated Business Development Manager to research and prospect targeted new customers within a designated region.
  • Follow up on all potential lead generation from focused marketing activities for brands.
  • Continuously generate business development appointments.
  • Record all promising lead communications, including call records, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messaging, and key email dialogues via our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM contact pool through focused prospecting.
  • Become proficient in new business development tools (Sales Navigator, HubSpot, AI Chat) to enhance prospecting and reporting techniques.
  • Support the Head of New Business and New Business Manager as required.
  • Help achieve and surpass departmental KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the branding, packaging, or a related industry.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
