Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**

Post Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end clients and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to research and prospect new customers within a designated region.
* Follow up on potential lead generation from focused marketing activities.
* Continuously generate business development appointments and record promising lead communications.
* Maintain and enhance the CRM contact pool through focused prospecting.
* Support the Head of New Business and New Business Manager as required.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the branding, packaging, or a related industry.
* Proven track record of managing high-end clients and achieving sales targets/KPI's.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills, with a commercially orientated mindset.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
