Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Contract and Vendor Management Lead to join our UK support/operations team in Manchester/London. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the contractual relationships with our clients and suppliers, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers;
  • Manage and mitigate commercial risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives, and advise on commercial contracting aspects;
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
  • Provide strategic guidance on commercial contracting aspects, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract and vendor management, or a related field;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of contracts and standard contracting terms for professional services, creative and IT agency services at a multinational-size level;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
