POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Our Change Assurance Practice has been growing consistently, and we are seeking additional SAP Change Management and Training Consultants to support our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned client environments.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of organizational change, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders without direct line management responsibility. On-the-job training is provided on our project toolset.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Be an integral part of the Project Management Team, working closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Support the Change and Training Manager in establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality Project Business Change Deliverables in line with the programme plans and statements of work.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and experience to support the advancement of the team and enhance our methodology.
  • Take responsibility for self-directed learning and adopt the principle of one consultant, two skills.
  • Support business development activities, providing input to RFI's, RFP's, and participating in client presales engagements.

SCOPE/DIMENSION OF THIS ROLE:

  • Ability to perform a full-time role for selected portions of SAP Programmes.
  • Good understanding of at least one SAP module from a content perspective will be beneficial.
  • Frequent travel, including overnight stays, may be required depending on client requirements.
  • Flexibility is required for working times and hours at key points in an implementation.

  • General understanding of and exposure to organisational change.
  • Well-connected within business and credible amongst peers.
  • Ability to influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management responsibility in a period of large-scale change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach & help others to help themselves.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes, identify interdependencies & organisation/programme considerations.
  • Effective listener, empathetic, positive outlook, embraces change.
  • Proactive, confident, and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion).
  • High personal drive and extremely self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated good judgement and initiative.
  • Experience in delivering change management and training projects, ideally within a SAP environment.
