Key Responsibilities
  • Providing scientific support and advice to consultant, clinical, scientific and technical staff on complex issues in medical physics, imaging and clinical measurement.
  • Coordinating the provision and development of clinical scientific and technical services in MRI and NIR, including quality assurance and calibration.
  • Managing MR and NIR physics staff, supporting their professional development and meeting the needs of the group and of the services we support.

The successful candidate will have a good Honours degree in a relevant subject, a relevant MSc and PhD or equivalent experience. They will also be state registered as a Clinical Scientist and a member or fellow of a relevant professional body.
