Medical Imaging Technologist

The Medical Imaging Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality CT and general diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate and timely imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform CT and general diagnostic imaging procedures, adhering to departmental protocols and radiation protection guidelines.
* Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient care.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in radiography and imaging technology.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Radiographer
* Diploma in Radiography or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in CT and general radiography, including experience with image acquisition and processing software.
